James Winfield III is the founder of J3 Systems Group LLC, a practical IT support and systems consulting company serving small businesses and nonprofits.

Before starting J3 Systems Group, James served eight years in the United States Air Force, where he built a foundation in discipline, accountability, documentation, communication, and mission focused work. That foundation continues to shape how he approaches technology work today.

After his military service, James built a professional career in information technology, systems support, cybersecurity operations, cloud administration, and business technology documentation. His work has included supporting users, managing systems, improving access controls, reviewing security settings, documenting processes, and helping organizations make technology easier to understand and maintain.
